I saw this on someone else's blog, and had to join in!
Dear Santa:
I've heard that you're going to be doing some of your Christmas shopping at The Fat Quarter Shop this year. That happens to be one of my favorite window-shopping websites. Unfortunately, we have not had enough extra money to shop there this year, so I have missed out on not only some fabulous bargains but also some of the prettiest Civil War reproduction fabrics. If you intended to get me any fabrics this year, I would really love the Civil War Tribute Fat Quarter Bundle by Judie Rothermel although there are several other really fabulous Civil War reproduction fat quarter bundles to choose from!
We really appreciate the opportunies we've had this year to help you pick out gifts for our kids, too!
Love,
Caroline (still believes in Santa - just ask my kids!)
Back to work on my own Christmas gifts now... 10 days and counting! I guess eventually we'll have to go find a tree, too.
Cute note..and I am still sewing, but really enjoying it and not feeling too much pressure yet. I'm making aprons. and it's going well, except the frugal me is trying to figure out how to get the most out of everything and last night I was cutting a brand new piece with Pittsburgh Steelers for my SIL and it had a top and I didn't think about it, I cut one and flipped it and cut another upside down...OOPS!! THat will become the neck strap...Happy Crafting
